We have established as Nila Education Society in 2014. Progressive Skill Academyestablished in 2018. Ideal Skill Academy established in 2019. Progressive Edu Skills Trust established in 2022. Our mission is skill development. The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.
India has the advantage of “demographic dividend. Harnessing the demographic dividend through appropriate skill development efforts would provide an opportunity to achieve inclusion and productivitywithin the country and also a reduction in the global skill shortages.Large scale skill development is thus an imminent imperative. We want them to be Global Leaders in their chosen field. Keeping with this vision we have been imparting world class education & professional training to our students to make them future professionals who will play an active part in the Growth of Our Society.
1. To conserve and update traditional skills of unemployed youths and establish their linkages with market.
2. To improve employability of existing workers, school dropouts etc. and
ensure their placement.
3. To generate means of better livelihood for marginalized and
bring them in the mainstream.
4. To enable running students & dropouts to avail opportunities in the growing market.
5. To develop potential human resource for the country.
